What's it all about?

Linlithgow's annual civic festival is centred around the Riding of the Marches, which takes place every year on the first Tuesday after the second Thursday in June.

The Round Table produce an excellent Civic Festival Programme which is distributed widely throughout the town for £2.50, and the information reproduced here is taken from this guide.  Please refer to the Programme for more details.

There are also websites dedicated to the Marches and the Children's Gala Day.
